Security Incident Report

The Viaduct Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) is responsible for identifying and responding to incidents related to system security, availability, processing integrity, data confidentiality and data privacy.

A security incident is any attempted or actual unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or destruction of information. This includes interference with the Viaduct application operation, and violation of laws or regulations.

• Unauthorized access to data stored by the Viaduct application
• Compromised user accounts

• A description of the incident
• Date and Time of incident
• Whether the incident is ongoing, or whether it has been resolved
