We’re excited to share that Viaduct has signed an agreement to be acquired by Sumitomo Rubber Industries (SRI), one of the world’s largest tire companies and a global leader in mobility innovation. Together, we’ll combine SRI’s scale, global reach, and premium brands with Viaduct’s AI technology to accelerate the future of connected vehicle health.
